2 meter handheld transceiver covering 143.500 to 148.995 MHz in steps of 5, 10, 15, 25, or 30 kHz.  Includes 10 memories which store operating frequency and transmitter offset.  The tenth memory can store oddball splits.  Capacity storage allows 30-second battery swap without losing memories.  Band scanning and memory scanning included.
